Headshot Days is a monthly event offering up to 40 session slots. Our express headshot service is designed for busy professionals who want high-quality results without the fuss.
Our Headshot Days event runs on the first Thursday of each month, except January, when it’s held on the second Thursday due to holiday schedules.
Each upcoming event is announced on the first Friday of the previous month.
Each Headshot Days event is hosted at a different coworking space, studio, or communal venue around Melbourne.
The location is announced on our website and social media on the first Friday of the month, giving you a full month to book.
Book using any ‘Book Now’ button on our website. To secure Early Bird pricing, book between the first and third Friday of the month.
All sessions are express and last no longer than 10 minutes. This keeps costs down and makes the experience accessible to everyone.
Yes. Headshot Days is always held in wheelchair-accessible venues. Our commitment is to make this experience inclusive for everyone.
Yes. Basic retouching is included. Advanced options, such as background replacement, are also available. If you need to match your company background, simply provide a high-quality reference image and we’ll make it happen.
You can cancel up to 48 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows forfeit the entire fee, but contact us—we always aim to act in good faith.
Each session includes one retouched image delivered digitally in both low and high resolution. You can order additional photos at checkout.
Wear solid colours and avoid busy patterns. Choose clothing that fits well and reflects your professional image. Because sessions are express, we can’t guarantee time for multiple outfits, but a quick jacket or blazer change is usually possible.
